Description

  • Collaborate with creative directors, designers, strategists, and other team members to conceptualize and prototype technology-driven advertising solutions.
  • Proactively identify gaps between departments and help bridge creative and technical workflows.
  • Observe creative workflows to uncover unspoken challenges and educate teams on existing technical solutions.
  • Translate technical team constraints into actionable insights for the creative team to support seamless project delivery.
  • Identify emerging technology trends and assess their relevance to advertising objectives.
  • Conduct research and development on new platforms, software, and tools that enhance creative capabilities.
  • Oversee the technical execution of projects and ensure deliverables meet quality, deadline, and budget requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior technologists and technical teams.
  • Partner with account teams to present technical concepts and solutions to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in production on print and digital media types.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Creative Technologist or in a similar role within advertising, marketing, or digital media.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with emerging technologies and platforms such as AI, machine learning, and IoT.
  • A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of taking initiative and proposing technological interventions.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing projects that merge creativity with technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in digital experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and translation skills across creative and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
