Description

  • Own the technical architecture and operational health of AI platforms, with accountability for stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Design, build, and maintain API integrations and system connectivity across the AI and content technology stack.
  • Configure and continuously optimise AI platforms to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual effort and accelerate studio operations.
  • Manage application integrations and data synchronisation across platforms to ensure accurate and consistent data flows.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines, monitor data integrity, and proactively resolve anomalies and issues.
  • Develop and execute technical QA and testing frameworks to validate platform behaviour, integration reliability, and output quality.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, integration configurations, and operational processes for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and integration technologies and recommend adoption and implementation approaches.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for creative, production, and operations teams and translate complexity into actionable guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and managing AI platform infrastructure in a live production environment.
  • Strong command of API design and RESTful services, with hands-on integration experience across enterprise or marketing technology stacks.
  • Experience building and maintaining automation workflows using modern integration tooling.
  • Proficiency in application integration, data synchronisation, and middleware configuration.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and monitoring data pipelines with a focus on data integrity and performance.
  • Rigorous, systematic approach to technical QA, testing methodology, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Confidence communicating technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders without losing precision.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, production, and operations teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advanced use of generative AI tools to enhance platform management, technical problem-solving, and documentation quality.
  • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows that improve efficiency and output consistency.
  • Ability to guide others on effective, responsible AI tool usage within a platform context.
  • Agentic approach to complex, multi-step technical challenges with the ability to decompose problems and execute with precision.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with rigorous human oversight applied to all outputs.
