Description

  • Serve as each customer’s go-to technical advisor, owning day-to-day project management and escalation for an assigned book of business.
  • Manage onboarding and ongoing operational initiatives for strategic customers and partners.
  • Act as the subject matter expert of the relationship, understanding both business and technical facets of the partnership.
  • Own the overall project charter and coordinate cross-functional work with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Success, Risk, and Support.
  • Engage technical stakeholders to design, document, test, and deploy integration workflows and configurations (APIs, webhooks, etc.).
  • Maintain highly organized and comprehensive internal and external documentation.
  • Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and executive management and participate in client-facing meetings to steer and influence outcomes.
  • Negotiate customer requests, balancing customer needs with system capabilities, business impact, resources, and timelines.
  • Partner with Account Management to monitor customer health, identify growth opportunities, conduct Executive Business Reviews, and align solution, servicing, and commercial needs as relationships evolve.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise project management, leading complex cross-functional projects.
  • Experience designing, testing, and deploying integrated solutions with a technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and deployment best practices.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly detailed in internal and external documentation with a focus on maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential issues and risks.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing new processes, best practices, and supporting resources to drive repeatability and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Nice to have: experience in Financial, FinTech, or HR industries.
  • Nice to have: experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with various project management tools and understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship and able to work remotely within the U.S.

  • Base salary range $105,000–$120,000
