Description

  • Assist Senior Strategists with SEO research, analysis, and execution of client work.
  • Use SEO software tools to compile performance data and insights from client websites.
  • Help compile SEO audits and regular performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research and map content opportunities.
  • Perform on-page optimization tasks.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to analyze performance and inform strategy.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility in Google AI Overviews and generative search engines.
  • Optimize site architecture and content for LLM crawlers, semantic density, and clear entity relationships.
  • Track brand mentions and citations in generative search results using emerging tools and methods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client-facing calls and presentations.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Foundational understanding of SEO principles and technical SEO concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Basic understanding of Google Suite.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they affect search performance.
  • Experience with search tools and platforms such as SEMrush, Sistrix, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, and GTmetrix.
  • Comfort with spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Ability to format professional presentations and reports in MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Ability to meet scheduled and proposed deadlines.
  • Must provide personal industry hardware and a stable internet connection as a contractor.
