Description

  • Research, write, and deliver high-quality content to clients by specified deadlines.
  • Produce and edit SEO-optimized blogs, along with white papers, case studies, landing pages, email copy, infographic outlines, and scripts as needed.
  • Communicate directly with clients and participate in client calls, interviews, and feedback discussions.
  • Collaborate with account management and other internal teams to ensure client goals are met.
  • Edit peer work using Brafton’s editing marks and processes.
  • Attend project, client, and team meetings virtually.
  • Track writing and editing production work daily in the company’s project management system.
  • Follow detailed client style guides, preferences, and established content templates.
  • Interpret and apply SEO requirements based on SERP, LLM, and AIO analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or Communications strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of professional writing experience, including travel writing experience.
  • Extensive experience with travel, ideally including cruising.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; relevant writing clips are strongly preferred.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of AP style.
  • Understanding of SEO keywords and branded writing concepts.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong phone presence for client calls and interviews; must be comfortable working fully remotely from a home-based workspace.
