Description

  • Research, write, and deliver high-quality content to clients by specified deadlines.
  • Create white papers, case studies, landing pages, infographic outlines, video blog scripts, and long-form articles based on approved briefs.
  • Edit the work of peers using Brafton’s editing marks and processes.
  • Work with account management to ensure client goals are achieved.
  • Communicate directly with clients and participate in client, project, and team meetings virtually.
  • Track writing and editing production work daily in Brafton’s project management system.
  • Brainstorm and provide monthly topic ideas based on client briefs and industry needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, social media, video, and design.
  • Write and research confidently for B2B clients in industries such as technology, health, finance, business, education, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or Communications strongly preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant content marketing writing experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; relevant writing clips strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AP style.
  • Understanding of SEO keywords and branded writing concepts.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong phone presence for client calls and interviews.
  • Ability to operate effectively from a home workspace in a fully remote role.
  • Experience working with or around account management, sales, social media, video, and design teams is preferred.
