Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20–25 mid-market and enterprise clients across varied industries.
  • Build client relationships, understand business objectives, and report on strategy performance and ROI.
  • Develop, maintain, and present multifaceted content marketing strategies based on research and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to retain clients, expand accounts, and sell additional strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create statements of work and support revenue growth across the client portfolio.
  • Coordinate editorial, graphic design, video, social media, web integration, and client teams to deliver projects.
  • Manage multiple content initiatives and ensure execution meets client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients in person when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of proven account management experience and/or expertise in current content marketing and SEO strategy trends.
  • Experience developing content marketing, digital, SEO, social media, and web strategies.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices and content presentation optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and web analytics.
  • Strong client-facing communication and digital marketing consulting skills.
  • Sales, commercial, and business acumen, including the ability to connect strategies to business outcomes.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
