Description

  • Define and execute an outcome-driven vision and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities (copilots, recommendations, summarization, search/chat, workflow automation).
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases through deep customer and stakeholder discovery and translate business goals into measurable product outcomes.
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences and define AI system behavior (inputs/outputs, confidence handling, fallback logic, UX for uncertainty).
  • Partner closely with engineering and data science to design and deliver solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures and make product/technical tradeoffs (MVP vs scale, speed vs quality).
  • Drive end-to-end execution with strong ownership and urgency, managing cross-functional dependencies across engineering, design, data science, and business teams.
  • Own AI quality and evaluation frameworks (offline and online), including quality metrics, human review, experimentation strategies, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Own adoption and change management as a primary success metric by designing onboarding, enablement, and feedback loops and tracking engagement, usage, and business impact.
  • Navigate and influence complex enterprise stakeholder environments, communicating technical concepts and business impact clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Promote and enforce information security practices, identify and report security risks, and ensure data protection and privacy compliance throughout the information lifecycle (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise environments with a proven track record of building and scaling zero-to-one products.
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML or generative AI features in production.
  • Strong working knowledge of LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows and experience collaborating with engineering and data science on system design and tradeoffs.
  • Experience defining evaluation frameworks, experimentation strategies, and AI performance metrics (accuracy, latency, reliability, trust).
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption in complex, change-resistant enterprise environments (e.g., sales, operations).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes and prioritize high-impact solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical and executive audiences and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • High ownership mentality with a bias for action, resilience, and accountability and the ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver quickly.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and protection standards and requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and integrating data protection measures across the information lifecycle.

Benefits
