Description

  • Serve as the primary Adobe RTCDP expert, advising clients on architecture, governance, and platform best practices.
  • Design data models, XDM schemas, datasets, mappings, and Profile enablement for enterprise AEP and CDP implementations.
  • Define identity strategies, including namespaces, stitching rules, profile merging logic, and privacy controls.
  • Plan and oversee batch, streaming, SDK, and API data-ingestion pipelines for integrity, completeness, and compliance.
  • Manage AEP user roles, permissions, system health, and maintenance protocols.
  • Design federated data-access and Federated Audience Composition patterns when required.
  • Define and optimize segmentation and activation strategies across AEP destinations and downstream systems.
  • Lead discovery sessions, document solution architectures, and align designs with client use cases, global data models, and governance policies.
  • Guide Data Engineers and partner teams through build, QA, deployment, data validation, and activation readiness.
  • Contribute to CDP Centers of Excellence, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and delivery assets.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing technology, MarTech architecture, or data engineering.
  • Several full-cycle Adobe RTCDP implementations spanning architecture, ingestion, identity design, and activation.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Adobe RTCDP and AEP experience, including XDM schema design, Profile enablement, ingestion, and identity resolution.
  • Experience with APIs, streaming ingestion, and ETL or ELT pipelines.
  • Experience designing federated data architectures, including Federated Audience Composition (FAC).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Identity Service, stitching logic, profile merging, and multi-source identity and privacy challenges.
  • Experience with Adobe Tags (Launch), Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Journey Optimizer preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and data platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce CDP, Segment, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Knowledge of privacy, consent, data governance, GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise security models; ability to identify and report information-security risks.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL, plus a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
