Description

  • Lead cross-functional discovery to identify untapped market and user opportunities.
  • Define and validate product hypotheses through MVPs, rapid prototyping, and painted-door tests.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into product strategy, North Star metrics, and an initial roadmap.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance on go-to-market planning, unit economics, and scalability.
  • Mentor and coach junior Product Managers while raising product craft and strategic standards.
  • Establish frameworks, tools, and processes for repeatable product launches.
  • Present evidence-based go/no-go recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and initial scaling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in 0-to-1 product development or startup environments.
  • Proven track record of launching a new product or significant business line with measurable market traction.
  • Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders at an advanced level.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, undefined environments.
  • Strong technical depth and comfort in architectural discussions and trade-off analysis.
  • Expert-level knowledge of experiment design, rapid iteration, and failing fast.
  • Ability to communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
  • Founding Product Manager experience at a startup is preferred.
  • Experience in the jobs, career, or HR tech industry is preferred.
