Description

  • Own the delivery framework for complex, cross-functional growth and product transformation projects.
  • Translate leadership’s strategic priorities into structured, adaptable project plans with clear business outcomes.
  • Coordinate discovery, testing, and validation cycles for new services and market hypotheses.
  • Drive product transformation roadmaps and align research, development, and client feedback loops.
  • Build and maintain milestone-driven roadmaps and adjust priorities based on changing data and dependencies.
  • Align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Product, Growth, and Operations.
  • Establish project governance through dashboards, steering cadences, and executive updates.
  • Unblock teams and keep execution moving through agile iteration and regular feedback cycles.
  • Track and report progress against strategic milestones, validation speed, and stakeholder confidence metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical PM, or Program Manager in fast-growing tech startups, scale-ups, or digital ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, and AI-powered product experiences.
  • Comfort coordinating projects involving AI-driven operational transformation, conversational systems, MCP/agent-based architectures, and rapid AI experimentation cycles.
  • Deep familiarity with travel tech, hotel tech, OTA ecosystems, booking engines, channel managers, distribution infrastructure, or hospitality operations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working on products connected to hotel distribution, direct bookings, guest experience, or operational automation is a major advantage.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage execution without formal line authority over senior team members.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery techniques, customer research cycles, and agile project management methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, and Asana.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex project information into executive-level takeaways.
  • Structured, process-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid iteration environments.
