Description

  • Plan and execute tiered go-to-market launches for new features and product enhancements.
  • Partner with Product to stay aligned on roadmap priorities and enable Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Develop launch assets, feature briefs, internal enablement materials, and high-impact release collateral.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign approaches, channels, and target audiences to support product launches.
  • Create, maintain, and update core product content including sales decks, product one-pagers, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, and launch materials.
  • Contribute to positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Bluesight’s diversion and privacy products and serve as an internal product marketing expert.
  • Translate complex technical and compliance capabilities into clear narratives tailored to multiple audiences (buyers, users, customers, prospects).
  • Monitor customer feedback, market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to refine messaging, positioning, and competitive battlecards.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to align product marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience launching and supporting complex products and executing launch plans.
  • Foundational background in positioning and messaging across multiple buyer personas.
  • Experience marketing healthcare or compliance products (preferred).
  • Excellent written communication with a clear, direct style and ability to simplify complex topics without losing credibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success to support revenue and adoption goals.
  • Located in (or able to work in) the continental United States (remote position).
