Description

  • Build trusted relationships with hospital pharmacy, diversion, compliance, and privacy leaders.
  • Lead virtual and in-person demonstrations of diversion investigation and patient privacy monitoring workflows.
  • Partner with sales to communicate the value of ControlCheck, PrivacyPro, and the unified Compliance Suite.
  • Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives for existing hospital customers.
  • Engage stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to compliance officers and C-suite leaders.
  • Provide expertise on drug diversion investigations, pharmacy operations, HIPAA compliance, and EMR access auditing.
  • Partner with product teams to provide customer, clinical, and compliance feedback for roadmap development.
  • Collaborate with marketing on webinars and educational content for diversion and privacy audiences.
  • Monitor legislation, regulations, and industry trends involving the DEA, Joint Commission, state boards, HIPAA, and OCR.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hospital drug diversion prevention, pharmacy operations, and/or patient privacy or HIPAA compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with drug diversion or patient privacy monitoring platforms; ControlCheck, PrivacyPro, or comparable platforms preferred.
  • Experience independently leading multidisciplinary projects across pharmacy, nursing, IT, compliance, legal, and privacy teams.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing monitoring technologies and working with EMR/ADC integrations such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Pyxis, or Omnicell.
  • Knowledge of DEA regulations, Joint Commission diversion standards, HIPAA, and/or OCR investigations.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder-influence skills across frontline teams and executive leadership.
  • Pharmacist licensure, privacy officer credentials, or compliance certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Must be located in the continental United States.
