Description

  • Collect, validate, and maintain critical supply chain datasets for upcoming initiatives and launches.
  • Build, maintain, and improve Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and supply chain insights.
  • Analyze inconsistent or incomplete datasets and improve data quality and reliability.
  • Coordinate database changes, including testing and implementation of updates.
  • Design, implement, and maintain database structures and ETL processes for large-scale data needs.
  • Write logical and physical database descriptions and define identifiers for database management systems.
  • Modify and optimize databases and reporting processes as business needs change.
  • Partner with technical, business, and operations stakeholders to define requirements, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Test data systems and reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of applicable professional experience in data analysis, analytics, or database support.
  • Strong experience using Power BI, including building dashboards and working with DAX.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with messy, inconsistent, or incomplete datasets and improve data accuracy.
  • Understanding of database technologies and ETL concepts.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting data analysis in an operations or supply chain environment, preferred.
  • Experience building or maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) or similar structured datasets, preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced Excel techniques such as VBA, macros, or automation, preferred.
  • Experience developing business analytics solutions using SQL, Excel, DAX, and Power BI, preferred.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking and collaboration, preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including gathering requirements and aligning on metrics and reporting goals, preferred.
