Description

  • Support pricing and packaging initiatives by analyzing data, validating inputs, and applying established frameworks.
  • Assist in the execution of product and service launches, including pricing, naming, feature, and lifecycle updates.
  • Partner with Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth launch execution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, track action items, and communicate key updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools to provide visibility into status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support operational processes such as change requests, launch documentation, validation activities, and issue tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and team initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between business planners and supporting teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Assist with reporting and preparation of materials for leadership reviews and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in project management, program management, or business operations.
  • PMI certification is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and synthesizing insights to support business decisions.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive tasks to completion.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry, particularly supporting product or service launches (preferred).
  • Familiarity with pricing, monetization strategies, or business planning processes (preferred).
  • Experience working in large, enterprise environments with complex stakeholder structures (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights (preferred).
  • Experience with project management tools and tracking systems (preferred).
  • Ability to identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
