Description

  • Test web products across client projects and platforms to verify functionality and quality.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and create detailed test cases for assigned features and releases.
  • Execute test cases, document results, and perform debugging to identify, reproduce, and report defects.
  • Use testing tools to plan, run, and track tests and defects.
  • Take ownership of quality deliverables and follow through on commitments and estimates agreed with the team and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and clients) to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
  • Align testing efforts with client goals to ensure delivery meets client expectations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience testing web products.
  • Solid knowledge of testing tools and experience applying them in manual testing workflows.
  • Additional knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript or equivalent).
  • Forensic attention to detail and strong defect investigation skills.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership and meet estimates, processes, and team commitments.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America (Granada, Nicaragua listed) and maintain flexible working hours as needed.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning, training, and certifications.
