Description

  • Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases for web products.
  • Perform manual functional, regression and exploratory testing to validate features and releases.
  • Reproduce, debug and document defects with clear steps and severity to support resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, product and QA team members to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria and test coverage.
  • Own quality for assigned features, meet agreed estimates and follow team processes.
  • Report test status, risks and quality metrics to stakeholders and contribute to release readiness.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, learning and client-facing consultancy activities across varied projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience testing web products.
  • Solid knowledge of testing tools and manual testing methodologies.
  • Experience developing test plans, creating test cases and performing debugging and defect verification.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (front-end/web stacks) and how they affect testing.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership, align with client goals, and deliver on team commitments.
  • Forensic attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfort working remotely for Latin America (job listed as Remote, Latin America — La Paz, Bolivia) and collaborating across time zones.
