Description

  • Design, document and execute test plans and test cases for web products.
  • Perform manual testing and debugging to identify, reproduce, and report defects.
  • Use testing tools to validate functionality, quality and behavior of web applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet estimates, follow processes, and deliver on commitments to clients.
  • Take ownership of assigned work, driving issues to resolution and ensuring agreed deliverables are met.
  • Align testing priorities with client goals and project objectives to support successful outcomes.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure thorough coverage of test scenarios.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and share learnings across the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience testing web products (manual testing).
  • Proven experience creating test plans, writing test cases, and performing debugging.
  • Solid knowledge of testing tools (explicit tool names not specified in the posting).
  • Additional knowledge of web technologies (e.g., web stacks, browsers, front-end/back-end basics).
  • Ability to take extreme ownership and meet agreed estimates and processes.
  • Forensic attention to detail with a positive, can-do mindset.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing or consultancy environments is preferred.
  • Availability to work remotely within Latin America (posting references Georgetown, Guyana).
