Description

  • Define product strategy, objectives, OKRs, and KPIs and use metrics to guide decision-making and measure product success.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, write clear requirements and user stories, and manage scope for client projects.
  • Evaluate, triage, and prioritize product support issues and coordinate with development teams to resolve them.
  • Coordinate and manage projects and outsourced work to meet deliverables on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to obtain buy-in, facilitate meetings, and present findings.
  • Contribute to overall software architecture decisions and solution design for product initiatives.
  • Use contemporary SDLC tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk) to manage workflows, releases, and issue tracking.
  • Apply usability and human-factors best practices to inform product and UI decisions (where applicable).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Proven experience using metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of building SaaS products and familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with product support processes, triage, and prioritization for development teams.
  • Experience managing projects and outsourced teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and write user stories.
  • Experience with overall software application architecture and contemporary SDLC tools (examples: Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and obtain buy-in.
  • Working knowledge of product/UI design and usability best practices (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, energetic team player with forensic attention to detail, a quick learner, and a drive for high-quality outcomes; ability to work remotely (Latin America) and adapt to flexible hours.
