Description

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications for Bluelight Consulting's clients.
  • Build backend features using Laravel, including application logic, authentication, and data access.
  • Create and integrate RESTful APIs and work with Inertia.js-based application flows.
  • Contribute to frontend development using React or similar frontend technologies.
  • Write and maintain automated tests using tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver work that meets agreed estimates, commitments, and process expectations.
  • Take ownership of assigned work from implementation through delivery.
  • Work closely with clients' goals in mind and ensure solutions support their business needs.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in day-to-day development and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically Laravel 8 or above.
  • Experience with Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Laravel Query Builder.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
  • Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful APIs in Laravel.
  • Experience with frontend development using React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, or similar technologies.
  • Bonus experience with Tailwind CSS.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
  • Strong alignment with clients' goals and a commitment to delivering on team commitments.
  • Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
