Description

  • Develop high-quality web applications for Bluelight Consulting’s client projects.
  • Build and maintain backend functionality using Laravel.
  • Work with frontend technologies such as React and related frameworks or tools.
  • Implement and use APIs, including RESTful APIs in Laravel.
  • Create and maintain automated tests using modern PHP and browser testing tools.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet agreed estimates, processes, and delivery commitments.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and ensure it meets client expectations.
  • Pay close attention to detail throughout development and delivery.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.
  • Work on a variety of projects that directly impact client businesses.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically Laravel 8 or above.
  • Experience with Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Laravel Query Builder.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
  • Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful APIs in Laravel.
  • Experience with frontend development using React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, or similar technologies.
  • Bonus: experience with Tailwind CSS.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
  • Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America.
