Description

  • Develop high-quality applications for client projects in a consulting environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Contribute to challenging projects with direct impact on clients’ businesses.
  • Build products from scratch and help shape early product direction.
  • Work across the stack when needed, with emphasis on Go backend development and React-based interfaces.
  • Support data processing or LLM-related workflows using Python when applicable.
  • Use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as part of the technical ecosystem.
  • Participate in a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Senior-level engineering experience, with openness to exceptional mid-level developers who demonstrate strong autonomy.
  • 3+ years of experience with Go (Golang) and React.
  • Experience with Python for data processing or LLM-related workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Full-stack mindset preferred; specialized backend Go developers are also considered.
  • Experience building products from scratch (0-to-1) is highly valued.
  • Strong ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing work is beneficial.
