Description

  • Develop high-quality applications for client projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Contribute to challenging and meaningful software development initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and other professionals on modern technology projects.
  • Work across the stack when needed, with a strong focus on backend development in Go.
  • Participate in building products from scratch and shaping early product direction.
  • Apply Python for data processing or LLM-related workflows as part of project work.
  • Use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in day-to-day development and delivery.
  • Support client work that has direct business impact and requires strong ownership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Go (Golang) and React.
  • Senior-level engineering experience, with openness to exceptional mid-level developers who demonstrate strong autonomy.
  • Experience with Python for data processing or LLM-related workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Full-stack generalist mindset preferred, with strong backend Go specialization also considered.
  • Experience building products from scratch (0-to-1) is highly valued.
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America.
  • Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
