Description

  • Audit, configure, and troubleshoot conversion tracking across Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-native pixels.
  • Execute data-driven media buying strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze historical campaign data to inform media mix, forecasting, and performance planning.
  • Recommend channel-specific budgets and optimize spend based on performance metrics.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators including leads, CPA, CPL, engagement, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Work with sales and CRM data to improve lead quality and optimize targeting for qualified leads.
  • Build performance reports and present campaign results to clients, including attribution and spend-to-pipeline analysis.
  • Manage budget pacing daily, weekly, and monthly to keep campaigns on schedule and within targets.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and AI or automation tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with B2B services or recruiting for software development firms.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Experience building performance reports and presenting campaign results to clients.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation platforms such as Clutch, G2, or similar directories is a plus.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party trackers.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads Quality Score and bid strategies such as CPA, ROAS, and manual CPC.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, Matched Audiences, and B2B targeting strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and media buying/planning tool proficiency.
