Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and manage all customer interactions with care and professionalism.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat (Tidio), email, and other communication channels in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, policies, orders, and services.
  • Troubleshoot customer orders and resolve issues using Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
  • Address customer concerns, de-escalate challenging situations, and ensure customer satisfaction and follow-through.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve escalations, handle special requests, and maintain consistency in customer experience.
  • Share insights, feedback, and trends with internal teams to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in occasional domestic or international travel for team events or in-person collaboration, as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service or customer-facing role within a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms (Tidio) and general customer service software.
  • Experience using e-commerce/order tools such as Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging customer interactions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot order issues and follow processes to resolution.
  • Collaborative team player who can adapt to changing priorities and brainstorm solutions with others.
  • Ability to remain patient, positive, and professional in all customer interactions.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM EST, and to work remotely from within North America; occasional travel may be required.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $50,000–$60,000 CAD.
