Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing remote team of quota-carrying Account Executives responsible for full-cycle selling.
  • Drive predictable revenue growth through clear KPIs, metrics, and consistent quota achievement.
  • Hire, train, ramp, and promote top talent while building a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Coach AEs for excellence via live call participation, regular 1:1s, and data-backed feedback.
  • Create and implement scalable processes to optimize pipeline management and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to strengthen the go-to-market motion.
  • Use data-driven insights to track team performance, identify gaps, and implement strategic improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of inside sales management experience leading quota-carrying Account Executives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding team revenue goals in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Experience hiring, ramping, and developing AEs to full productivity.
  • Experience managing remote teams with a focus on metrics, accountability, and performance coaching.
  • Strong business acumen with experience building scalable systems and processes for sales operations.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Data-driven approach to coaching and performance management.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS sales management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Background leading teams selling into SMBs across multiple verticals.

  • Market-based salary with US Zone pay ranges (Zone A: $163,600–$245,400; Zone B: $152,200–$228,200; Zone C: $144,000–$216,000; Zone D: $135,800–$203,600 USD) determined by location, skills, and experience.
