Description

  • Lead design end-to-end for complex features from early problem framing through detailed specs, implementation support, and post-launch iteration.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities and shape solutions across multiple product areas.
  • Design intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows and translate powerful capabilities into clear user experiences.
  • Navigate ambiguity, ask the right questions, and determine when to push for clarity versus move forward.
  • Work with researchers to define the right questions, understand user needs, and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with other designers to give and receive feedback and raise standards for craft and execution.
  • Incorporate AI-assisted capabilities thoughtfully into features where they add value.
  • Help shape product direction by defining what gets built and why, not just executing against specs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with significant time in enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or technically complex domains.
  • A portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex problems end-to-end, with bonus experience in workflows, data pipelines, integrations, or technical configuration interfaces.
  • Deep technical fluency with concepts such as data transformations, API configurations, schema mapping, and automation logic.
  • Experience driving projects autonomously, managing complexity, and delivering quality work with limited oversight.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Experience with Framer, Cursor, or code-based prototyping is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design systems and how to contribute to and extend them thoughtfully.
  • Exceptional interaction design instincts across systems, flows, states, and edge cases.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate rationale, give and receive feedback, and influence decisions across functions.
  • Experience working through ambiguity and competing priorities, including knowing when to push back and when to adapt.
