Description

  • Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and promote best practices.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure successful execution of the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations and incorporate new technologies where relevant.
  • Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of software development experience, with a focus on Outsystems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Outsystems certification(s) is highly regarded.
