Description

  • Own assigned proposal design and production efforts for the product line.
  • Create graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, and organizational charts for proposals and client-facing materials.
  • Design and format proposal documents, executive summaries, slide decks, and bid materials.
  • Translate technical input from proposal managers and subject-matter experts into clear visual narratives.
  • Maintain proposal templates, style guides, slide libraries, graphic libraries, and reusable visual assets.
  • Ensure documents and graphics meet brand, accessibility, accuracy, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate document assembly, formatting, proofreading, quality checks, and final-file preparation.
  • Track revisions, production schedules, and submission requirements across active pursuits.
  • Prepare final digital and print deliverables, including PDFs and submission packages.
  • Support business development leadership with presentation materials, competitive intelligence, and market research.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field.
  • Experience working with government and international customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Portfolio or work samples required with application.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally, visually, and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience supporting proposals and customer engagements (preferred).
  • Knowledge of AI, robotics, software products, UAS, military operations, DoD acquisition processes, or DoD operational systems (preferred); active DoD security clearance is preferred.
