Description

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to help them maximize value from BioCatch solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support customer fraud detection and prevention strategies.
  • Work with customers and BioCatch Data Science to improve fraud detection rates while minimizing friction for genuine customers.
  • Use data-driven analysis to demonstrate value during proof-of-value and pilot projects.
  • Educate prospective and new customers on BioCatch and behavioral biometrics for their key use cases and problems.
  • Work tactically with customers to deploy rules in response to acute fraud attacks.
  • Promote best practices and guide customers toward effective operational approaches.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams to inform product strategy and delivery.
  • Support research into emerging threats across account takeover, account opening, remote access scams, social engineering scams, and mule detection.
  • Deliver reporting and insights on fraud detection performance and share field learnings with Sales Enablement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Threat Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with financial institution fraud departments and/or fraud monitoring tools.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with Python and/or R is an advantage.
  • Understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to different audience types.
  • Strong business and customer relationship skills.
  • Availability to travel within North America for customer meetings and onsite workshops.
  • Full-time role with flexible working hours.
  • Remote working arrangement based in the USA.
