Description

  • Participate in architecture design, development, and optimization of backend systems in Binance’s Web3 security domain.
  • Maintain, migrate, and upgrade backend and security service systems to improve service quality and stability.
  • Design and implement new services and technical solutions with product managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business and security requirements into actionable technical plans.
  • Collaborate with specialist and operations teams to improve security systems, automated tools, and threat detection capabilities.
  • Work with analysts and data teams on data collection, cleaning, modeling, and analysis for security use cases.
  • Design and implement backend and big data workflows for Web3 security and security control scenarios.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, to support smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in blockchain, Web3 security, anti-fraud, risk control, or related domains.
  • Experience designing and delivering complex backend systems in large-scale, high-concurrency, or data-intensive environments.
  • Proficiency in Java, especially Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL and common NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and middleware, including distributed caching, message queues such as Kafka, service discovery, and configuration management.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, or Elasticsearch.
  • Experience in data-related development, including data collection, cleaning, and real-time or batch processing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive learning attitude, and genuine interest in Web3 security challenges.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of blockchain and on-chain data is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is preferred.
  • Experience tuning JVM, SQL, and RPC performance is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
