Description

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and supporting offer negotiation.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Partner closely with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Drive and contribute to HR projects and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.
  • Support hiring for technical roles as part of global expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a top-tier internet company or agency.
  • Experience hiring business or corporate talent for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Experience with market mapping across global markets or Asia.
  • Proven track record of delivering against aggressive hiring goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Positive attitude toward crypto.
