Description

  • Review newly disclosed smart contract vulnerabilities and summarize root causes for future detection.
  • Conduct security audits on smart contracts and blockchains and produce high-quality audit reports.
  • Develop automated scanning and monitoring tools for smart contracts and blockchains.
  • Use scanning tools to detect vulnerabilities in deployed contracts and issue timely risk warnings.
  • Perform post-mortem analysis of hacking incidents, including cause analysis, incident flow, and basic fund tracing.
  • Identify and monitor emerging on-chain risks and attack vectors, including fraud and phishing threats.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of EVM-compatible blockchains, layer 2 solutions, and DeFi design patterns.
  • Collaborate with other teams across Binance to improve security coverage across projects and systems.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in smart contract programming languages such as Solidity.
  • Basic understanding of common smart contract security vulnerabilities.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain and smart contract principles, including experience reading blockchain explorers.
  • Knowledge of common smart contract hacks and attack vectors.
  • Familiarity with wallet drainers and other scam types, and how to identify them.
  • Experience with smart contract development testing, transaction analysis, and related tools.
  • Experience using VSCode, Git, or other version control tools.
  • Proficiency in Python or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Fundamental knowledge of code analysis and program debugging.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency, DeFi, smart contracts, or blockchain (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of fuzz testing or static analysis (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of vulnerability detection, exploitation, and prevention (preferred).
  • Experience with smart contract development frameworks such as Foundry or HardHat (preferred).
  • Experience in CTF or bug bounty programs such as Hack The Box or WebGoat (preferred).
  • Experience in front-end development with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript (preferred).
  • Experience in data mining and analysis of on-chain data (preferred).
  • Strong interest in Binance, high enthusiasm, responsibility, and a humble work attitude (preferred).
