Description

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through test planning, execution, defect tracking, delivery, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, UX designers, and operations engineers on design optimization and system implementation.
  • Set up and manage testing environments using tools and technologies such as Node.js, Java, Go, Python, and local blockchain environments.
  • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Perform black-box, white-box, security, automated, and performance testing across web, Windows, and mobile platforms.
  • Track defects and provide feedback to support product delivery and ongoing maintenance.
  • Continuously improve the team’s testing processes, methodologies, and efficiency by staying current with technology trends.
  • Contribute insights and feedback throughout product development to help improve quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in QA testing, preferably in an automation role at a leading technology company.
  • Strong coding skills with solid knowledge of Java or Python.
  • Experience using popular automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to iOS or Android development is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile testing techniques, including performance testing, Monkey stress testing, startup time measurement, frame rendering analysis, and network condition testing.
  • Familiarity with secondary development tools is a plus.
  • Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex projects.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve software quality issues.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
