Description

  • Design and execute end-to-end QA strategies for LLM-based consumer products, covering functionality, data, and model behavior.
  • Verify the correctness, consistency, stability, and safety of LLM outputs.
  • Perform regression testing and risk assessment for model updates, prompt iterations, and data changes.
  • Design and develop automated testing tools and QA utilities to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Use or introduce AI technologies such as LLMs to enhance test design, defect analysis, and test case generation.
  • Own full-cycle testing activities, including test planning and both manual and automated execution.
  • Collaborate with teams to support quality assurance for AI application development and releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of software QA engineering experience.
  • Experience with full-cycle testing, including test planning and manual and automation execution.
  • Solid Java coding skills.
  • Experience developing automation or QA tools.
  • Good understanding of AI applications and LLM prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience in LLM development or evaluation is a plus.
  • Strong self-drive, ownership, and delivery focus.
  • Eagerness to learn and curiosity about AI and new LLM technologies.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
