Description

Act as the expert partner for operations and marketing teams on derivatives product launches and adoption.
Develop launch plans, user education materials, and promotional campaigns to support successful product rollouts.
Use data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
Translate user needs into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for derivative products.
Work with the product team to ensure derivatives products remain competitive and operate within acceptable risk parameters.
Serve as the key interface across Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service.
Own the end-to-end product roadmap for derivatives products.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.
Define and execute go-to-market strategy for derivatives offerings.
Support delivery of a seamless, world-class user experience across teams.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations, preferably in derivatives products such as perpetual contracts, copy trading, or trading bots.
Experience with cryptocurrencies, traditional exchanges, structured products, and derivatives is highly preferred.
Experience designing or leading successful products from 0 to 1 in crypto or fintech is strongly preferred.
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on business growth and product revenue.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn fast in the rapidly changing cryptocurrency industry.
Strong ability to translate user needs into innovative product solutions.
Strong understanding of financial markets, including core concepts of interest rates and volatility as applied to crypto assets.
Highly analytical, with proficiency in SQL and Excel for data-driven decision-making.
Outstanding communication and project management skills.
Active cryptocurrency user with a good understanding of DeFi and blockchain protocols is a bonus.
Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is a bonus.
