Description

  • Lead the implementation of new technologies to solve problems and improve existing systems.
  • Drive standardization of best practices and development methodologies across the frontend team.
  • Optimize the technical stack with a focus on performance, security, stability, and scalability.
  • Write client-side code for fast, user-friendly web applications across desktop, mobile, and in-app browser experiences.
  • Participate in design discussions and roadmap planning.
  • Review and support frontend technical designs across teams to improve speed and scalability.
  • Build libraries and frameworks that improve development efficiency and code quality for complex web applications.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Provide technical expertise and conduct peer code reviews to maintain code standards and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with web services, microservices, APIs, and SOA.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects with high-quality user interfaces.
  • Understanding of state-management patterns such as Redux, Flux, or similar.
  • Ability to provide timely peer code reviews and technical guidance to team members.
