Description

  • Extract insights from large-scale datasets and apply statistical analysis and modeling to support business decisions, forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Transform complex analytical results into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM applications and agentic models.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement AI solutions that improve team efficiency and capabilities.
  • Use prompt engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, model fine-tuning, data retrieval, and coding to develop product features.
  • Optimize LLM performance for efficient use in business scenarios.
  • Gather and analyze requirements with global business and technical teams.
  • Deliver AI and data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Proficiency with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs with practical hands-on experience.
  • Experience using tools such as Dify, n8n, or Coze to develop LLM agents.
  • Experience with RAG or model fine-tuning for planning-related tasks.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to switch between languages in technical and business discussions.
  • Strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand business pain points deeply and work with technical teams on complex LLM optimization challenges.
