Description

  • Analyze, mine, and model large volumes of business data to build algorithmic systems that extract valuable information.
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary data analyst team in delivering high-impact analytical work.
  • Design and build complex visualizations and analytical models to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop data analytical systems that help business teams improve work efficiency.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver on the most impactful analytical use cases.
  • Turn complex findings into clear visualizations and recommendations for execution.
  • Analyze and interpret PB-scale transactional, operational, and customer data using proprietary and open source tools.
  • Support and manage data requests from business stakeholders and assess the impact of business changes.
  • Collaborate across functions to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver analytical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant data analyst or data science role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative or engineering field, with professional work experience in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience implementing LLMs in business applications preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, R, and Python.
  • Solid experience with at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with large-scale data and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Redshift, Spark, Presto, or Hive.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and set priorities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and financial trading analysis is beneficial.
  • Experience in AI-related domains is beneficial.
