Description

  • Lead the design and ongoing iteration of the BNDS design system, including foundational frameworks, core components, and state logic.
  • Build and maintain BNDS documentation and asset libraries, including usage rules, interaction specifications, and Design Token references.
  • Design solutions that address business scenario needs and improve user trust, operational flow, and overall user experience.
  • Partner with frontend and architecture engineers to define implementation plans and resolve design-development handoff issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure BNDS aligns with Binance’s global brand language and regional compliance requirements.
  • Support multilingual and regional design needs, including typography and RTL layout considerations.
  • Educate designers across the company through training, workshops, and case studies on BNDS standards and usage.
  • Collect feedback and data from business teams and users, then iterate on the design system to improve adoption, practicality, and coverage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in design systems, including building one from scratch or improving an existing system.
  • Experience independently managing the full component design process from concept to implementation.
  • Proficiency with Figma, including Components, Variables, Auto Layout, and Variants.
  • Familiarity with Apple HIG and Google Material Design guidelines.
  • Understanding of Web3 and blockchain product design, including trading workflows and wallet interaction rules.
  • Experience designing for crypto exchanges, blockchain wallets, or similar relevant products.
  • Knowledge of accessibility design standards such as WCAG 2.2, including screen reader considerations.
  • Strong systems thinking with a focus on scalability, compatibility, and global reuse.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with designers, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript syntax.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
