Description

Work with Product Managers and Engineers to develop, implement, and refine design processes that support rapid iteration across equities trading products.
Create globally appealing, user-friendly designs for core trading features including market data display, order placement, portfolio management, and IPO/new stock subscription flows.
Lead financial data visualization design, including candlestick charts, order book depth, and price movement views.
Conduct user research and use qualitative and quantitative customer insights to drive design solutions.
Deliver detailed UI/UX design solutions and maintain a high-quality, consistent product experience across iOS, Android, and Web.
Contribute to the design system by building and maintaining equities-specific components such as chart components, order forms, and compliance disclosure patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to articulate and refine design decisions.

Requirements

Web3, crypto, fintech, brokerage, or securities work experience is preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of equities trading mechanics, including order types, market rules, and trading sessions, is a plus.
A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Figma is required.
Experience with design systems and multi-platform design for iOS, Android, and Web is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders is required.
Open to learning and constructive feedback is required.
Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
