Description

  • Work with Product Managers and Engineers to develop, implement, and refine design processes that support rapid iteration across equities trading products.
  • Create globally appealing, user-friendly designs for core trading features including market data display, order placement, portfolio management, and IPO/new stock subscription flows.
  • Lead financial data visualization design, including candlestick charts, order book depth, and price movement views.
  • Conduct user research and use qualitative and quantitative customer insights to drive design solutions.
  • Deliver detailed UI/UX design solutions and maintain a high-quality, consistent product experience across iOS, Android, and Web.
  • Contribute to the design system by building and maintaining equities-specific components such as chart components, order forms, and compliance disclosure patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to articulate and refine design decisions.

Requirements

  • Web3, crypto, fintech, brokerage, or securities work experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of equities trading mechanics, including order types, market rules, and trading sessions, is a plus.
  • A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.
  • Experience with design systems and multi-platform design for iOS, Android, and Web is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders is required.
  • Open to learning and constructive feedback is required.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
