Description

  • Build and maintain LLM-based automation to scale privacy operations, including an AI-driven privacy query channel, DSAR intake and response drafting, and intelligent request routing.
  • Develop internal web applications, intake forms, dashboards, and operational trackers to monitor privacy program performance and SLA adherence.
  • Support API integrations between privacy platforms and downstream business systems.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and productionize LLM-based features with appropriate prompt design, evaluations, and guardrails for sensitive privacy data.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to embed privacy-by-design principles into technical development.
  • Automate end-to-end handling of data subject rights requests and escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed.
  • Contribute to PIAs/DPIAs and ROPAs by developing workflows and automations that maintain documentation to a high standard.
  • Assist in reviewing third-party data processor due diligence responses to identify privacy risks.
  • Help draft and update policies, procedures, response templates, and internal privacy guidance.
  • Support regulatory inquiry responses and data subject complaint management under supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience shipping production software, with demonstrable AI/LLM work in at least one real project.
  • Strong Python proficiency and experience with REST API integrations.
  • Hands-on LLM/GenAI experience, including prompt engineering, evaluations, and responsible deployment practices.
  • Experience building web applications, dashboards, and internal tooling.
  • Strong information security mindset with a zero trust philosophy.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a privacy, data protection, compliance, or information governance role.
  • Solid GDPR knowledge; familiarity with CCPA/CPRA, ePrivacy Directive, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DSAR processes, privacy risk assessments, and ROPAs.
  • Clear, confident English communication skills with the ability to produce policy drafts and stakeholder guidance.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision.
  • Process-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong in problem-solving and risk judgment.
  • Collaborative team player who also works well independently.
  • Experience within a DPO, privacy program, or compliance function is preferred.
  • Familiarity with OneTrust or similar privacy management platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of blockchain analytics or crypto industry context is a plus.
  • Experience with DSAR workflows or vendor due diligence processes is a plus.
