Description

  • Support the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare and maintain risk awareness and training materials to strengthen risk culture across the organization.
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and related risk governance processes.
  • Prepare risk reports, dashboards, management materials, and analytics for senior management and Board Committees.
  • Partner with Risk Champions, Risk Owners, Product teams, and SMEs across the First Line of Defense to consolidate risk reporting and provide guidance.
  • Consolidate operational risk incidents across regional entities and perform trend analysis and thematic reviews to identify emerging risks.
  • Support regional and central risk teams in overseeing country and functional risk management activities.
  • Conduct product risk assessments for new products, services, and business initiatives and track remediation actions.
  • Validate the effectiveness of controls identified in product risk assessments and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support operational risk programs including third-party risk management, incident management, and business continuity planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, Advisory, Financial Services, or Product Risk Management.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets/cryptocurrency is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms and database management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting ERMF implementation and governance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RCSA, KRIs, incident management, and risk reporting is preferred.
  • Exposure to regulatory expectations within financial institutions, fintech, or digital asset businesses is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CRISC, CIA, or equivalent are advantageous.
