Description

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and support campaign planning.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
  • Perform operations, strategy, and KOL traffic analysis, including registration conversion analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills are required.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with statistical software or programming languages such as Python or R is a bonus.
  • Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
