Description

Define KPIs, growth goals, and the roadmap for the trading product to achieve user and business targets.
Monitor core performance dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify opportunities, gaps, and risks.
Translate data insights into actionable plans and measurable growth experiments.
Design and run promotions, campaigns, and lifecycle programs to acquire and retain users.
Coordinate growth execution with Marketing and regional teams.
Work with Product Managers and engineers to optimize existing user flows and launch new features.
Use competitor research, user feedback, and data to prioritize product and business impact.
Own day-to-day business operations across stakeholders from planning through post-launch review.
Maintain a strong customer-first focus on user satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in growth, business operations, or growth marketing for retail-facing fintech, trading, or internet products.
Trading or brokerage experience is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of financial products and trading basics.
Crypto or crypto exchange knowledge is preferred.
Highly data-driven, with experience owning metrics and running structured experiments.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Ability to partner effectively with analysts.
Strong product and business sense with the ability to influence priorities and drive cross-functional execution.
Creative, hands-on approach to promotions, content, event initiatives, and growth levers.
Ownership mindset, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management skills; prior product or business ownership is a bonus.
