Description

  • Develop, maintain, and manage tools that automate operational activities and improve engineering productivity.
  • Automate continuous delivery processes and implement on-demand capacity management solutions.
  • Design and implement configuration and infrastructure solutions for internal deployments.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues in production systems.
  • Update, track, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Recommend architectural enhancements and process improvements.
  • Evaluate new technology options and vendor products to support business objectives.
  • Ensure the security of critical systems by applying best-in-class security solutions and practices.
  • Support system migrations in close collaboration with Development and QA teams.
  • Enhance system observability and proactively address potential production issues through scalable and resilient solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical experience in a similar role supporting large-scale production systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong understanding of Linux-based environments.
  • Proven experience working in large-scale, distributed environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or a comparable language.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and similar technologies.
  • Experience with Kafka and Elasticsearch is advantageous (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
