Description

  • Research and analyze risk patterns across Binance platforms to identify, measure, contain, and mitigate risks such as fraud trading, spam registration, account takeover, card acquiring risk, and payment fraud.
  • Deploy, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness and stability of variables, rules, and models.
  • Maintain and iterate risk rules and strategies regularly to improve key risk metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop new rules and strategies that balance user experience with risk mitigation.
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities that streamline compliance operations and reduce friction.
  • Translate complex regulatory and operational data into actionable insights that support growth strategy.
  • Partner with compliance leaders and senior management to define success metrics, performance frameworks, and decision criteria.
  • Lead and develop the Compliance Data Analytics team with clear standards and a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or data mining.
  • Background in risk analysis for financial derivatives such as futures contracts and leverage trading, or experience with e-commerce platforms, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, payments, or the risk domain is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with at least one analytical tool such as Python or R.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
