Description

  • Manage and moderate local social media channels to maintain healthy dialogue, fast responses, and daily engagement.
  • Drive community growth through referrals, local activations, and in-person onboarding at events.
  • Launch and manage social media campaigns using bots, mini-games, quizzes, and reward mechanics.
  • Support users and contribute to regional community growth across Telegram, Discord, and other platforms.
  • Assist with Binance Angels coordination, onboarding, and activation.
  • Plan and support offline meetups, workshops, and educational sessions in regional cities.
  • Scout venues, coordinate with local partners and vendors, and assist with on-ground event execution.
  • Represent Binance at expos, student events, university sessions, and Web3 forums.
  • Engage student clubs, educational institutions, and Web3 communities for collaboration opportunities.
  • Translate, localize, and draft community content as needed.
  • Collect and report community feedback and event insights to regional leads.
  • Capture user-generated content, testimonials, and social moments during events.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in community support, events, or ambassador roles.
  • Current university student or recent graduate eligible for the Binance Accelerator Program.
  • Binance Angel or community volunteer experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Binance ecosystem and the broader Web3 space.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technologies, Web3 principles, and community culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Binance products including Spot, P2P, Futures, Earn, Academy, Launchpad, Binance Pay, and Binance Live.
  • Awareness of related platforms such as Trust Wallet, SafePal, and other decentralized applications.
  • Deep familiarity with crypto communities on Telegram, Discord, and X (Twitter).
  • Proven experience supporting offline events, logistics, or community engagement is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Combot, quiz bots, mini-games, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Notion AI, Asana AI, Trello, Eventbrite, Luma, and Cvent.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and take initiative with limited supervision.
