Description

  • Assist the Earn Regulatory team with daily compliance project management and product operations across Simple Earn, Staking, On-Chain Yields, Loans, and related products.
  • Track regulatory project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, sign-offs, and confirmation deadlines across jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, compliance trackers, meeting summaries, and status reports for regulatory workstreams.
  • Coordinate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Product, Engineering, local compliance teams, regional leads, and internal Binance Earn teams.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and product configuration changes across markets, and proactively flag risks and open issues.
  • Act as the DRP or POC for assigned regulatory workstreams, including chasing action items and following up on outstanding deliverables.
  • Support regulatory reviews of product configurations by consolidating requirements and evidence from multiple teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails of regulatory decisions, approvals, and remediation actions.
  • Support growth initiatives where regulatory and growth workstreams intersect, including market openings, product launches, and TVL initiatives.
  • Assist with ad-hoc regulatory analysis, data requests, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in project management, internship or entry-level.
  • Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 regulation.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions such as MiCA/EU, ADGM/FSRA, UK FCA, HK SFC, PH SEC, and Japan FSA.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
  • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple projects, dependencies, and deadlines across time zones.
  • Excellent logical thinking, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating across large cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder follow-ups independently.
  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks and resolve problems end to end as a DRP/POC.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing regulatory and business requirements.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin required; based in an Asia time zone (UTC+8 ±2) preferred.
  • Openness to feedback and a strong willingness to continuously improve.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in large teams and managing stakeholder relations.
  • Must have read and understood Binance’s Core Values and CZ’s Principle.
  • Prior exposure to any of the listed regulatory frameworks is a strong plus.
