Description

  • Conduct daily data analysis on user segments, behavior trends, and funnel performance.
  • Monitor cost, ROI, and other growth metrics to guide budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify friction points and improve conversion rates.
  • Work with the Data team to develop AI models based on user segments and journey touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support growth-related product enhancements.
  • Initiate and lead growth projects independently from planning through execution and post-mortem review.
  • Track, report, and communicate growth performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Execute growth initiatives that improve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience in a growth-related role with strong data analysis and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with user segments and user lifecycle logic, with proven user operation project results and solid operational thinking.
  • Experience with AI models, including AI model strategy design and initial request design.
  • Proficiency with data tools and analytics platforms such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end from ideation through execution and review with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
  • Creative experience designing and executing growth strategies such as voucher programs, task incentives, or similar campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple teams.
  • Passion for the crypto industry is a plus.
